PARK RULES |

1. Legion Pool is a private park owned by the Seymour Land Conservation Trust.
2. Legion Pool is open from 7:00 a.m. until dusk. Only authorized personnel are allowed in the park when it is closed.
3. The park is open to the general public; however, to fish here you must be a current Seymour Land Trust member. You do not have to be a Seymour resident to be a member. Membership forms are available on our website at seymourlandtrust.org.
4. Do not feed our trout anything but trout pellets from our fish-food machine.
5. Absolutely no littering - this includes cigarette butts.
6. The park includes the pool under Chatfield Street and our new adjoining nature trail.
7. Seymour Land Trust members may reserve the hall in the environmental building for family functions.
8. You must contact the Land Trust if you wish to use the park for any function that exceeds ten (10) people - i.e., weddings, family picnics, etc.
9. Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and keep their pets safe from park visitors.
10. No bicycles on the walkways.
11. When fishing you must also observe our Fishing Rules and Trout Handling Procedures
12. You may memorialize a loved one or promote your business by making a donation of $300.00 or more. A permanent plaque will be affixed to a park structure.
13. The Land Trust is offering a $100.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person that vandalizes any part of this park.
